Commercial painting is a different job to residential, and the difference is usually the program rather than the paint. Work has to fit around trading hours, staff, customers and other trades, and the cost of disruption can easily exceed the cost of the painting itself.
We work to a schedule agreed up front — after hours, in stages, or over a shutdown period — with the site left safe and presentable at the end of every shift. The specification also shifts: commercial surfaces take more traffic, so the products need to be chosen for wear rather than just appearance.

Finish coats applied in the agreed stages, each area cleaned and handed back ready to use, with a final walk-through at completion.
