About us
OnTop Rendering & Painting Services is a specialist rendering and painting company working across Adelaide and regional SA — for homeowners, builders and commercial clients who care how the job is done, not just how it looks on day one.
Who we are
We’re a specialist trade, not a general contractor who also does render. That focus is deliberate. Rendering and painting is a system — the substrate, the base coats, the finish and the sealants all have to be right and all have to work together — and getting it right takes people who do it every day.
Most of the exterior problems we get called to fix — cracking, drummy render, water getting in behind a coating — trace back to a step that was rushed or a junction nobody owned. So we built the business around the opposite: understand the wall, quote it honestly, prepare it properly, and stand behind the finish.
We work right across South Australia, from the northern suburbs where we’re based out through the plains, the Barossa, the hills, the river and the coast — on new builds, renovations and existing homes and commercial premises alike.

What we stand for
The part nobody photographs is the part that decides whether a finish lasts. We don't cut it to save a day.

If cement render is the smarter call than acrylic, or a wall's past repairing, we'll tell you — even when it's not the bigger job.
Render, texture, cladding and paint under one roof, so nothing falls through the gap between trades — and neither does the accountability.
Booked dates we keep, a site left tidy each evening, and a final walk-through before we call anything finished.
